I had sex with my brother's fiancÃ©e(before they started dating). Should I still go to the wedding?
I haven't seen nor talked to my brother in 9 years. He knows that I hate him for various reasons , and that I don't want to talk to him. Last week, however, he called me to tell me that he got engaged. Through our very contentious discussion, I learned her name. It turns out that she and I had sex when we were both in high school. He, of course, doesn't know this and I'd prefer it to stay that way. When I told him that I didn't think I could come to his wedding, he called our mother. My mother guilted me into agreeing to go. Should I go, or should I try to find a way out of it. I really don't want to see either of them.

What should I do if people turn up to my wedding with kids?
We are having an adults only wedding reception, and we are hoping this will deter guests from bringing their kids at all ie. to the ceremony . I do not like children and I don't want my special day ruined because a baby is crying when I am saying my vowels or because a child is causing a scene at my reception. I'm sure the majority of our guests who have children will understand, but there are one or two who I am worried will think the no kids rule doesn't apply to them, although it is clearly but politely stated on the invite. What should I do if my guests show up with the kid in tow? Can I ask them to take it home? After all, it's my wedding day and I don't want it ruined by disprectful guests.Oops Vows

Physical symptoms of wedding stress?
I have been so miserable the last few weeks. I have too much going on right now and everyone keeps telling me that's why I am not feeling well. My physical symptoms are that I haven't been eating at ALL, very little anyway, so of course weight loss, stomach aches, I can't sleep, like I'm up til about 3 every morning adn then I fell soooo tired in the morning but I can't sleep. Having crazy dreams and some heartburn although not bad. I am so tired and feel completely out of it and disconnected. I have been forgetful and getting confused, very achy. These symptoms are not mild, they are affecting me greatly. Meanwhile I am getting married in two months and we lost our caterer and venue. We have been scrambling to find a new venue, attempt to get a refund, and reprint all new invitations. That is on top of me having difficulties with the business I sold new owner not making payments attempting a re sell, financial struggles, me getting in a car accident that caused injuries and me to not have my car for a month while it was being repaired. I also caught my hair on fire with the BBQ and lost a good portion of it which was devastating. My fiance now started a new position with a new company and he is gone 12 20 hours a day. So I am dealing with ALL this and the wedding planning on my own. I can see that all this stress can cause me to have trouble sleeping. I have had a really hard time eating though and some days I have to have bowel movements so frequently that I am not really able to leave the house much. Can all that including the stomach pain be from stress?Thank you for the responses. I beg to differ that my priorities aren't straight though, we have been planning this wedding for a year and it has been the most joyous happy experience for me, despite the fact that I wanted to simply elope. It took a traumatic fire, a very bad car accident and losing our venue after our family had already paid for plane tickets and all the bridesmaid had already bought their dresses for me to finally feel the stress of it. Selling a business that I built from the ground up, literally, is a very big deal too. If you don't agree than you have clearly never been a business owner probably not married either I must say . Traumatic events are something that I have historically dealt well with so it is hard for me to imagine it causing such a physical reaction for me. I appreciate everyone that is reassuring me that it is so I am in counseling already and I have had a hypnosis session since the car accident but I'm still terrified to drive on the

What Should My Wedding Colors Be?
I'm getting married June 7, 2014, and while the date is still two years away, I'd still like to have an idea of what I want so I'm not deciding everything at the last minute. My fianc is getting married in his Air Force uniform his blues and I'd really like my wedding colors to compliment his uniform so there's no clashing when we're saying our vows. I was thinking blue and white, since we're getting married on the beach, but I don't know. It seems kind of typical and overdone. I'd really like something vibrant, but not too flashy like hot pink and orange. Bleck Something that would look nice outdoors and indoors. Our reception is gonna be later in the evening, so I'd like colors that look nice in low light, but still remind you of summer. I know it's my wedding, but I also don't wanna 'steal' the colors my friends had in mind for their weddings. One of my friends wants blue and my other friend who's also gonna be my maid of honor wants purple and I saw a really beautiful summer wedding color combo that featured blue and a really deep violet. But, no matter how beautiful it looks, I can't help but think my friends are gonna feel like I just took their wedding colors because I'm getting married first. The friend who wants blue already threw a hissy fit that I was thinking blue for my wedding, but my future maid of honor and my OTHER friend nagged her to death about how I'm the one with the ring and the fianc whereas she doesn't even have a boyfriend yet, so tough shit. Sooooo, yeah. Something that won't clash with navy blue fianc uniform color , something bright, but not too flashy, and something that just says summer. I was thinking just two colors, but if anyone can find three, four, or even five that match well together, I'm all for it lol

What does dreaming about Wedding means?
I just woke up today from a dream that i was getting married. In my dreams i was already half way from the altar when i started walking, it's like 5 to 10 secs. I was walking alone, i was crying. I remember i walked straight out from the church door. And from the outside i watched those people who walked after me. They are so many, its like a parade, and i don't remember them, also i don't know them. I remember, when after i walk the aisle i stand at the back of the videographers, looks like they're taking video outside the church through the window. And im still crying. While standing outside, i was so close with some construction woker whose making so much noise drilling, cutting rebars and metals, something like that which is very noisy. And i remember someone is telling them to stop and the person is really mad. After that it jumped to the reception where i saw all my relatives, i know everyone, but i dont know the place. I cant describe what it looked like. And i even remember having a thought posting it on facebook, inviting my friends and letting them know about it. I never mentioned about who im marrying to because i dont know anything about her. I didn't see her in the wedding, and in my dream. And after that i woke up and before i woke up i remember i am still crying in my dream. What does this dream means anyone please explaine it to me. This is the first time i dreamt of wedding, and i remember i was thinking of getting married the day before that night.

Wedding invites, proper etiquette?
I was curious how to send invites to my family. My aunt lives in Arizona and her daughter my cousin lives in Chicago for college. Do i send one invite to my aunt that includes my cousin or separate invitations? comments and links would be helpful.

Wedding/Family disputes?
My fiancee and I are getting married in a few months. He and I have a lot of problems,but are main one problems stem from his family. They are very controlling and want things done to suit their needs. The want to say when and where are wedding will be. Their not paying for it,but my fiancee won't say anything to them. They're even trying to say how many chlidren they think we should have. I am fed up, I have talked to him about his family and he still does nothing. I want to confront his family about everything,but he doesn't want me to. Does anyone have any advise on how to approach this situation?
